Kenfig Golf Club Limited - Renew a full licence to abstract on different terms

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Pyle and Kenfig Golf Club Limited to renew a full licence to abstract water on different terms, serial number 21/58/33/0010, which authorises the abstraction of water from underground strata at National Grid Reference SS 80930 80230.  The different terms applied are to:

• change the underground strata,
• change the National Grid Reference to SS 80951 80235, and add an additional point at SS 80985 80285; and
• abstract water at the following rates and periods: 20 cubic metres an hour, 480 cubic metres a day and 175,200 cubic metres a year, all year.
